Constitution Day, also known as ‘Samvidhan Divas’, is celebrated in our country on 26th November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India.

On the occasion of Constitution Day 2021, Children’s Film Society, India (CFSI) organised screenings of children film ‘BANDU BOXER’ which emphasize right to education and equalityat multiple locations in association with various NGOs/Organisations, while taking all necessary steps to prevent the spread of Covid19.

To celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of it’s people, culture and achievements, Children’s Film Society, India celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by organising multiple screenings of patriotic film – ‘‘SENANI SANE GURUJI’ in association with NGOs across India, while taking all necessary steps to prevent the spread of Covid19.

On the occasion ‘Children’s Day’, CFSI’s children film ‘CHUTKAN KI MAHABHARAT’ was screened for entertainment of children at multiple locations for children at various NGOs/Organisations, while taking all necessary steps to prevent the spread of Covid19.

World Science Day is observed on 10th November to highlight the important role of science in society and the need to engage the public on emerging scientific issues.

On this day, CFSI’s children film ‘DHOOMKETU’ was screened at multiple locations for children at various NGOs/Organisations, while taking all necessary steps to prevent the spread of Covid19.

National Education Day is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of India’s first education minister Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. He was a key educationist who played an important role in developing the education system in independent India.

On ‘National Education Day’, CFSI’s children film ‘EK AJOOBA’ was screened at multiple locations for children at various NGOs/Organisations, while taking all necessary steps to prevent the spread of Covid19.

National Unity Day is also called Rashtriya Ekta Diwas which is celebrated on 31st October each year to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The objective is to maintain the nation’s unity and to spread awareness about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s contribution to Indian history.

On ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas 2021’, to pay tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who was instrumental in keeping India united,  CFSI’s children film ‘BHARAT DARSHAN’ was screened at multiple locations for children at various NGOs/Organisations, while taking all necessary steps to prevent the spread of Covid19.

To Celebrate ‘World Students’ Day’ on 15th October 2021 the birth anniversary of the former President of India Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, CFSI screened children film MAHEK MIRZA, directed by Kranti Kanade.

On ‘World White Cane Day’ – The symbol of freedom, independence and confidence, CFSI screened children film “Netraheen Sakshi” directed by Nabendu Ghosh for entertainment of children.

Also, to recognize the importance of the white canes for blind people, Special shows of Audio Described Film ‘Happy Mother’s Day  directed by Anjuli Shukla were conducted by CFSI Delhi on ‘White Cane Day’ on 15th October 2021.

On ‘World Food Day’ 2021, to create awareness among children about issue of hunger, and ensure healthy diets, CFSI screened Children Film “Boond Boond Se Sagar” directed by Nagendra Bahuguna.

In India, the National Post Day is celebrated annually on 10 October, as an extension of World Post Day to mark the role played by the Indian postal department in over 150 years.

It touches the lives of Indian citizens in many ways: delivering mails, accepting deposits under Small Savings Schemes, providing life insurance cover under Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) and providing retail services like bill collection, sale of forms, etc.

On the occasion of ‘NATIONAL POST DAY 2021’ CFSI’s children film ‘WRONG MAURITIUS’ was screened at multiple locations for children at various NGOs/Organisations, while taking all necessary steps to prevent the spread of Covid19.
