Director's Biography
Clement Baptista

A brilliant student of the J.J. School of Arts. Bombay, where he had also lectured. Clement Baptista was a painter turned art-director turned film maker. He and associate Vishnu Vijaykar were both Captains working at the Army Film Centre of the Central Cinematrographic Services which produced trained and morale boosting films. The two formed a film production company called Hunnar Films.Whoe contribution in terms of quality and output of a variety of travelogue and image-building films was among the best in its time.Two of Baptista's films have won National Awards:"The Telco Story" in 1962 and "Inquiry" in 1968 for Best Animation Film.

Synopsis
